REFUND POLICY

Tuition is non-refundable. The Home Inspection Pre-Qualification School (HIPQS) makes every effort to prepare the student for the acquisition of their Illinois State Home Inspectors license. HIPQS offers a required and state approved pre-qualification exam at the completion of the one day lab. The student's passing score is 70% or above. The student may take the HIPQS exam as many times as necessary to achieve the passing score without additional cost to the student.
